JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Support Clerk is responsible for a variety of miscellaneous clerical duties.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform routine clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, faxing, filing, reception relief.
Request, receive or retrieve files or documentation from internal or external sources.
Receive, sort and post mail from the post office or courier service.
Ensure office supplies levels are maintained.
Prepare basic Excel or Word reports oe basic forms on behave of team or branch personnel.
Perform basic data entry in support of the team.
Assist or schedule maintenance for office machines.
Input time and attendance information on behalf of management.
May coordinate or schedule training or meetings.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Adhere to established policies and procedures.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines / schedules consistently.
Ability to follow instructions.
