Property Maintenance Worker\ Fort Fairfield, ME FT/Days Temp-to-Hire Opportunity\ \ Job Description:\ \ New opening for a Property Maintenance Worker with a locally based organization. Excellent daytime schedule overtime pay available. Full-Time/Days; 7:00 AM 5:30 PM, Monday - Thursday and some weekends as needed. \$16.50/hr.\ \ The Property Maintenance Worker will perform routine building maintenance and repairs, including painting, light carpentry, fixture replacements, lawn care, snow removal, and trash removal. Applicants must have a valid driver\'s license and good driving record.\ \ Responsibilities:\

• Clean and restore unused building units.
• Preform light carpentry, such as patching drywall and repairing finished structures.
• Fix minor electrical and plumbing issues.
• Repair and/or replace fixtures and appliances.
• Clean, resurface, and paint indoor and outdoor surfaces.
• Replace damaged carpets and flooring.
• Remove trash and place in appropriate disposal areas.
• Provide lawn care and snow removal services.
• Perform other duties as required by site supervisor.

\ Job Requirements:\

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Prior professional experience related to building and/or grounds maintenance.
• Valid Maine driver\'s license and good driving record.
• Ability to move/lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Background check required.
