MDW ASSOCIATES LLC Event and Webinar Coordinator in Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia

MDW Associates is seeking an organized and detail-orientedEvent and Webinar Coordinator tosupport the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). The candidate will monitor, report, and analyze events and webinar performance to propose ways to increase engagement supported with data-driven analytics. This position is fully remote.

Essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:

  • Reserving required conference rooms for meeting
  • Ensuring required Audio/Visual support is available and operational for each meeting, as needed
  • Attending all meetings, take notes, and documenting attendance
  • Preparing and briefing in-process review (IPR), with milestones and distributing to all appropriate parties
  • Delivering formal/informal presentations for various meetings.
  • Coordinating Livestream Service and Internet connection for Live-stream.
  • Miscellaneous printing
  • Being responsible for designing DCMA HQ Office or DCMA CMO office registration page, tracking attendees based on invitation/registration/and hotel reservation ensuring all activities are completed, posting final presentations
  • Doing event planning for meetings and events

Required Experience/Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in a related field
  • Experience with technology and learning to use new applications and programs
  • Experience with project management and coordination
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and event management tools
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and provide on-the-spot problem-solving

Education Requirement(s):

  • High school degree required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Clearance Requirement(s):

  • Candidates for this position must hold a DoD Secret Clearance.
