Title: Computer User Support Specialist, Army Accession Information Environment

Location: Fort Knox, KY

Job Summary

Hyperion Biotechnology is seeking candidates for Computer User Support Specialists to support the US Army's Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Accession Information Environment Support Services (AIESS) program. Work involves providing immediate help desk support to users.

Responsibilities/Tasks

  • Responds to end-user phone, email, or chat requests for support to resolve basic computer, applications, system, device, access, or performance issues.

  • Utilizes product information or solution database to research, troubleshoot, and deliver solutions.

  • Advises users on the methods, steps, and actions to resolve and avoid future issues and provides documentation as needed.

  • Documents incidents using help desk systems or tools.

  • Escalates problems to appropriate levels or teams to achieve issue resolution.

    Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science, information systems or related field

  • Experience in Army Accession Information Environment desired

  • Experience with Salesforce preferred

  • Available for off-hour and weekend shifts as needed

  • Must be a U.S. citizen

  • Must be able to pass a government background check.
