Aston Carter Senior Accountant in Fort Lauderdale, Florida


• Maintain frequent, positive communication with clients.

• Perform analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and provide insights to clients.

• Have frequent recurring virtual meetings with clients.

• Present financials reports and KPI analysis during client meetings.

• Develop budgets and cash flow forecasts.

• Manage and review QuickBooks file clean ups.

• Effectively manage and delegate client work.

• Review work performed by accounting team.

• Schedule weekly meetings with accounting team.

• Participate in monthly 1:1 check-ins and attend daily huddle.


Accounting, budgeting, forecasting, quickbooks, cash flow

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 4 years full cycle accounting experience

• Must have experience managing multiple (30+) clients

• Proficient with QuickBooks Online

• Proficient with MS Office

• Bachelors in Accounting is mandatory

• Strong interpersonal, analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data

• Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
