Principal Accountabilities

  • Enter grade of carcass correctly and efficiently

  • Run reports and edits throughout the day.

  • Track taggers/USDA grades

  • Responsible for inventory during shift and graded cattle are on their proper rail

  • Constant communication with sales cooler personnel and rail runners in Fabrication

  • Ensuring food safety and quality

  • Cleanliness and housekeeping

  • Maintaining a safe working environment

Required Qualifications

  • Legal to work in the US without the need of a Visa sponsorship

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Basic Computer skills

  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English

  • Previous work history

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Cargill Experience
