Army Installation Management Command Procurement Analyst, NF-04 in Fort Sam Houston, Texas

Responsibilities Serves as the Government Purchase Card (GPC) Level IV Agency/Organization Program Coordinator (A/OPC) with responsibility for coordinating and reviewing contracting policies and procedures. Develops and prepares documents that provide advice and guidance on the Government Purchase Card (GPC) Program in accordance with requirements established by IMCOM G-9 NAF Contracting. Responsible for assisting the level III A/OPC managing the day-to-day operations, implementation and administration of the GPC program. Functions as the technical expert to provide guidance to Family and Moral, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) Programs and Activities on assigned installations. Serves as primary liaison between the Servicing Bank and DFAS to resolve issues. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position. Must possess prior contracting experience and skills that demonstrate the ability to perform the duties described above, including: 1. Preparing federal contracting and/or government purchase card status reports and briefings. 2. Providing training to others in contracting or purchase card procedures. 3. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Preferred are those candidates who possess a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline. Education Education is not required for this position and will not be utilized in determining minimum qualifications or as a substitution for experience unless indicated in the vacancy.
