JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate plasma table
Operate metal rolling machine
Operate metal brake machine
Operate overhead crane
Ability to configure bend allowances for carbon steel/stainless sheet metal
Must follow all safety rules
Competent use of hand, bench, and machine operations to perform filing and grinding
Positions and clamps workpieces together or assembles them in jig or fixtures
Weld, tack assemblies together
Chip off excess weld, slag, and spatter
Understand tolerances for parts
Accuracy with alignment, dimensional, and general inspection requirements
Perform spot inspections of parts
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
