Summary: Drives Parkview Home Infusion van or personal vehicle when necessary from Parkview Home Infusion Services (PHIS) to deliver medication and supplies to patients’ homes and Parkview locations. Assist pharmacists and technicians with problem solving and logistics for deliveries. Abides by and enforces Health System, Pharmacy, and Personnel policies, as applicable. Performs clerical, inventory and other ancillary duties as required. Complies with Federal, State, and local laws and regulations as well regulatory agencies affecting the Pharmacy as applicable.
Education: High school diploma or G. E. D. required.
Licensure/Certification: Must have reliable transportation and provide proof of vehicle insurance. Must have a valid driver's license.
Experience: Must be available to work overtime or flexible hours as needed. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to lift, push, pull or handle at least 50 pounds. Schedule: Estimated as 9a to 6:00p, Monday-Friday; hours may vary based on patient needs and flexibility is required. Weekend / holiday, On-Call rotation is required, usually 12 hours per day; 1-2 holidays per year; Every 8th weekend (estimated).
