Responsibilities for these Office Service Representatives:
Receive, sort, and deliver all incoming mail and packages
light hospitality
Reception coverage
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent customer service, professional attitude and appearance required
Basic computer skills preferred
Ability to perform routine functions of most of equipment and systems (fax, scanner, metering, stamping, tracking systems, photocopying, color copying, etc.)
Ability to work overtime as needed and meet deadlines
Ability to bend, reach, lift and sit/stand for prolonged periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
