Job Description for the Concierge Building Security.
Concierge Duties Include:
1)Answering Phones. 2) Monitoring the Entrance and Cameras and verifying who is allowed in the building. 3) Light Housekeeping Duties - Dusting, Vacuuming, Sweeping 4) Maintaining Inventory Levels of common supplies. 5) Documentation of Duties performed due to checklist. 6) Trash and Recycling gathering and disposal, and verifying weekly pickup. 7) Delivery of Packages and Mail per guidelines. 8) Casual but professional appearance. 9) YOU CAN STUDY DURING YOUR SHIFT!
*) Must be flexible and reliable. No felonies, background checks performed. Hourly Payroll starts at $15.00
