Responsibilities
Recruitment Requirments
2+ years of experience recruiting using ATS such as Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter
Phone calls and emails to talent that applies directly through company website to set up phone screening and in person interviews
Able to meet with hiring managers and C-Suite team to understand their open positions and needs and then take them to market
Experience in the mining and compost industry involving heavy equipment use, screening plants and escavators to name a few is NOT required but its a MAJOR PLUS
HR Requirments
2+ years working in HR handling onboarding and verifying new-hire documents
Experience with HRIS and more specifically Rippling
Other Requirements
Bacherlors Degree in related field is a plus
Bi-lingual is a plus
Someone who is a Go-Getter, is curious, humbe, hungry and over communicates
They use Google Suites for majority day to day but Outlook for email
Skills
Recruiting (2 years of experience is required)
Rippling (2 years of experience is preferred)
Onboarding (1 year of experience is preferred)
LinkedIn Recruiter (2 years of experience is preferred)
HRIS (2 years of experience is preferred)
