Kelly Services is now recruiting for a Parts Specialist to work for a customer located in Fort Worth!
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders, inquiries, and requests for quotes.
Collaborate with customers through phone and email to address their needs.
Provide timely and accurate information regarding product specifications, pricing, and lead times.
Obtain accurate pricing and lead time information from suppliers.
Clearly communicate delivery and price confirmations to customers.
Enter orders into our customers quote system software.
Maintain regular updates on the status of customer orders
Collaborate with customer to understand and fulfill their requirements.
Make product recommendations that align with customer needs.
Educate customers about product options, features, and specifications.
Offer alternatives to ensure customer requirements are met.
Generate change orders and track information for customer requests.

Required Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 plus years of experience in parts sales
