Description

The Sales Rental Coordinator is a key support role to our Inside and Outside Sales Representatives. S/he will be directly involved with customers and is tasked with representing the company and exemplifying excellent customer service. This role is very much a data entry/administrative Position is hourly, some overtime required at times, profit sharing bonus available.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Bend over backwards to provide excellent customer service to our customers.

  • Ensure quotes are input into the system with accuracy, and follow-up calls are executed in a timely manner.

  • Effectively communicate between customer, inside sales, and other departments as needed to ensure quick response to customer requests.

  • Utilize CRM to compile and analyze data with accuracy.

  • Manage task schedules for ISR (Inside Sales Rep) and OSR’s (Outside Sales Rep) within assigned sales territory.

  • Coordinate On-Rent and Off-Rent notices, ensuring all delivery and pickup details are accurate and accounting, service, and sales departments have all pertinent information.

  • Generate contracts, and manage renewal schedules with ISR. Communicate rate increase details with ISR.

  • Pursue and complete government bid and vendor application opportunities

  • Process on-boarding paperwork for new customers, including insurance requirements, and credit applications.

  • Identify and arrange the swap of equipment from customers meeting the de-fleeting criteria.

  • Serve as part of back-up phone coverage team.

Required Skillsets

  • Experience working in an administrative, customer service role

  • Data entry experience

  • Excellent organization skills, detailed oriented and a passion for customer service

  • Able to multi-task and prioritize

  • Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
