You will be responsible for hiring all job families inside of Watts Applied Solutions, a brand of Watts Water. Collaborating with hiring managers and our human resources team, you will serve as the expert on talent acquisition needs. Your role will involve guiding both candidate and hiring manager experiences, ensuring we recruit passionate team members for Watts Water.

Location : Hybrid, onsite in Fort Worth, TX.

You Will:

  • Facilitate the entire recruiting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing process for hourly and salary roles.

  • Manage the offer and contingency process.

  • Ensure optimal recruitment experience for candidates and internal hiring partners through delivery of recruitment best practices.

  • Develop partnerships with hiring managers, corporate recruiting partners, and HR partners.

  • Achieve the best time to fill metrics.

  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need; build networks to find qualified passive candidates.

  • Work on requisitions in other functional areas as needed.

    You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 10+ years of recruiting experience in manufacturing/ operations environment.

  • Candidate sourcing and relationship skills.

  • Prioritize work and meet deadlines.

  • Desire to work as a team.

  • Experience with Workday, preferred·

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Work in office and manufacturing environment

  • May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting
