WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As Senior Manager Strategic Delivery, you will:
Innovation: Lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies to drive sustainable growth and maintain a competitive edge. Drive innovation related to unique Sales methodologies, and add value through proactive leadership in technology between Clients and Concentrix.
Business Growth: Foster business growth by collaborating with multiple teams across different geographies and business units.
P&L Management: Oversee the business operations' profit and loss, including crafting and executing the overall business strategy.
Strategic Planning: Develop strategies aligned with growth objectives, leading cross-functional planning to manage budgets, expansion, and operational plans.
Client Satisfaction: Act as the 'Voice of the Customer', ensuring client satisfaction by establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Best Practices: Develop and implement best practices across services, collaborating across domains to understand and apply these practices effectively.
Innovation and Value Add:
Domain Capability: Enhance domain capabilities to strengthen service offerings.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all client and regulatory requirements.
Operational Excellence: Optimize resource allocation and drive operational improvements to align with business goals.
Team Management: Lead a high-performance team, improve organizational efficiency, build scalable processes, and align delivery capacities with pipeline demand. Provide vision and leadership to support Concentrix's operational scalability and data-oriented decision-making.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Senior Manager Strategic Delivery (Hybrid) role include:
Associate’s degree preferred with more than ten years of experience (with two to four years of Progressive Management Experience) preferred
Successful track record in growing and inspiring large teams, with proven ability to select, attract, motivate, retain, and develop leaders and team members
Successful track record of improving performance against quality, efficiency, and effectiveness metrics, and meeting/exceeding contractual service level performance requirements
Genesys/Verint/Nice CRM awareness with experience in Sales Force
Experience of managing P&L, driving performance and growing businesses
Experience with a matrix driven global organization
Proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders
Strong internal client-facing skills with excellent communication, negotiation and conflict management skills
Analytical acumen and the ability to streamline complex processes.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and invest work-time between Client and Concentrix office(s) in Greenville, SC.

SALARY RANGE
The base salary range for this position is $80,000- $100,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
