Job Summary

The Manager, Talent Management is responsible for developing and executing talent strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees. This role partners with leadership to align talent initiatives with business objectives, ensuring a strong and engaged workforce. The Manager, Talent Management leads the recruitment team, oversees hiring processes, and drives initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the organization.

Essential Functions

  • Develops and implements a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.

  • Partners with department heads and hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs.

  • Leads a team of recruiters, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development.

  • Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure recruitment success and hiring effectiveness.

  • Oversees the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.

  • Ensures an exceptional candidate experience through streamlined and engaging hiring processes.

  • Implements best practices for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in hiring and talent management strategies.

  • Leverages data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and improve hiring efficiency.

  • Collaborates with HR and organizational leadership to drive workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Complies with all policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required

  • 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, or human resources required

  • 1-3 years of management or leadership experience overseeing recruitment or talent management teams required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, recruitment strategies, and workforce planning.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess hiring trends and optimize processes.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.

  • Knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and DEI principles in talent management.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR technology platforms.

Licenses and Certifications

  • PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
