Description We are offering a pivotal role for an experienced Sr. Financial Analyst in the healthcare industry, specifically within the hospital and social assistance sectors. This position is based in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and provides a hybrid work environment, with the flexibility to work from home for a few days each week, but necessitates presence for important onsite meetings. This is a role where you will have the opportunity to apply your financial analysis skills and knowledge in healthcare analytics and hospital revenue cycle management.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Participate in budgeting processes and expense reporting
• Collaborate with team members and work towards financial transparency and promotion of fiscal health
• Utilize ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and Data Mining Techniques for strategic data analysis
• Provide insights on hospital finance operations, and work collaboratively to resolve any financial issues
• Use Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, financial modeling, and financial reporting
• Understand and apply knowledge of healthcare analytics and the hospital revenue cycle for effective financial management
• Manage CapEx (Capital Expenditure) budgets and conduct regular budget reviews to ensure compliance
• Perform accounting functions, including the preparation and management of budgets. Requirements
• Proficiency in CapEx and CRM systems is mandatory for this role
• Expertise in Data Mining Techniques is required
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions is essential
• Experience in healthcare industry is a must!
• Experience with Budget Processes and Expense Reporting is crucial
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel is expected
• Expertise in HealthCare Analytics is necessary
• Familiarity with Hospital Revenue Cycle is a prerequisite
• A strong background in Finance is mandatory for this position
