Job Title: Welding Foreman - Day Shift - Up to$27/hr!
Job Description
We are seeking a Welding Foreman for our shop. The ideal candidate will supervise a team of 22 welders, ensuring all assigned work is completed safely, meets quality standards, and is finished on time and within budget. This role requires the ability to read blueprints and drawings, direct and supervise welding tasks, troubleshoot common issues, train employees, and assist with welding when needed, particularly in MIG welding with carbon steel, stainless steel, and some aluminum.
Responsibilities
Supervise a team of 22 welders
Ensure all assigned work is completed safely, meets quality standards, on time, and on budget
Read blueprints and drawings
Direct and supervise welding tasks and troubleshoot common issues
Train employees
Assist with welding when needed
Perform MIG welding
Weld with carbon steel, stainless steel, and some aluminum
Essential Skills
5 years of metal working experience
3 years of supervisor or foreman experience
Knowledge of break press, rollers, etc.
Proficiency in MIG welding
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with TIG welding
Experience welding with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
