MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Checking patients into patient rooms, obtaining vital signs, medication lists, patient allergies, patient complaints and concerns as needed following quality measures requirements and meaningful use requirements. Patient population consists of male and female, neonates, pediatrics, adults and geriatrics. Also responsible for office clerical duties including maintaining and obtaining medical records and following HIPAA standards. Performs SQ and IM injections and appropriate documentation and safety of administration. Available to help with exams as needed per provider. Obtains and Maintains patient medical records.
