Position Title: Window Washer

Light travel required to worksites. Worksites located in Summit and Eagle
counties in Colorado. Employer provides transportation between worksites.
Position Duties: Clean windows, glass, partitions, or mirrors,
using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees on residential
or commercial properties. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as washing
walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Mix water and detergents or acids in
containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
Duties may include performing routine maintenance activities, notifying
management of need for repairs, cleaning debris from sidewalk and
maintaining equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Must be able to lift 30 pounds. Must be able to work at heights up to 30 feet.
Rate of Pay: $18.24 hour + DOE (The employer will pay or exceed the
prevailing wage, as determined by the US Dept of Labor).
Hours per Week: 40. (OT is possible, to be paid at $27.36/hour + DOE).
A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid
every two weeks by checks. All deductions from the worker's paycheck
required by law will be made.
Start-End dates: 05/15/2024-12/01/2024.
Work hours: 40 hrs/wk. 8:30AM-4:30PM. The work week is
Monday-Saturday. Shifts may vary. May include holidays.
No minimum education, experience or training required. On-the-job training
will be provided.
Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging)
to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers
reimbursed, by check separate from payroll, if the worker completes half
the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker
completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. In
other words, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period,
employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the
place of recruitment to the place of work by check separate from payroll. Upon
completion of the work contract period, or where the employee is dismissed
earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable cost
of return transportation and subsistence back home or the place the worker
originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to
subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation
payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable
common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided
at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day
with receipts. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at
least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total
employment period. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first work week all
visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees,
including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). The
