Ethos Veterinary Health Client Service Representative in Frisco, Texas

Come join our growing team! North Dallas Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Hospital (NDVESH) is a brand new, state-of-the-art hospital in Frisco, TX. We are looking for friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, pet-loving people to assist our clients and join our team as a Client Service Representative.

Our Client Service team plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and serves as the first line of communication for our hospital with all clients, and the referring veterinary community. We understand that our first impression makes a big impact and we are looking for individuals that have a passion for client service and going above and beyond for those around them. Our Client Service Representative are expected to answer a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, operate basic office machines, process payments, and perform a high volume of messaging using Microsoft Outlook, and Ezyvet, our PIMS system. We need individuals that are quick thinkers, thrive in a fast paced environment and are able to function efficiently while multitasking.

The shift will be 4-10 hour shifts per week. OVERNIGHT SHIFT - will include 1 weekend day. Schedule may vary, but is provided well in advance.

Requirements:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Veterinary Experience Required.

  • One-year of previous call center and customer service experience is preferred.

    Hourly wage is competitive and directly related to experience.
