Construction Worker - Framing/Stucco
Job Duties
Patch stucco on the exterior of the complex
Replace wood as needed
Perform light painting tasks
Collaborate with team members to refurbish vacant apartments
Utilize hand tools for various tasks
Conduct general labor, cleaning, and construction work
Perform electrical and plumbing tasks as required
Engage in carpentry, including finish carpentry and rough carpentry
Handle drywall tasks and metal stud work
Measure and cut materials accurately using tape measures
Work with cabinetry and prepare surfaces for painting
Essential Skills
Experience with wood and stucco repairs
Proficiency in electrical and plumbing tasks
Mechanically inclined
General labor and construction experience
Carpentry skills, including finish carpentry and rough carpentry
Drywall installation and repair
Ability to use hand tools effectively
Experience with painting and paint preparation
Knowledge of metal stud work
Accurate measurement skills using tape measures

Work Environment
All positions are 1st shift, Monday to Friday from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM. You will be working in teams of two to refurbish vacant apartments. The role involves working with various construction tools and materials in a collaborative team setting.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
