Job Title: Healthcare construction Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Superintendent to support an overnight project for a customer specializing in education projects. The initial job location is in Harford County, with various shifts throughout the project duration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects, specifically education projects K-12 for a general contractor.

• Manage night shift operations effectively.

• Create and manage schedules and budgets.

• Handle construction document management and project documentation.

• Read and interpret blueprints.

Essential Skills

• Experience as a Superintendent overseeing education projects.

• Proficiency in construction management.

• Skilled in construction document management.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Experience in schedule and budget creation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working night shifts.

• Experience with estimating support.

Work Environment

The position is onsite at the project site, currently Harford Tech High. The hours while school is in session until the middle of June are from 3pm to 1am. During summer (June to September), the hours will be from 7am to 3pm. The hours will shift back to 3pm to 1am from September until the end of the project in January 2026. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $57.69/hr.
