Install, replace, troubleshoot and repair heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial applications adhering to manufacturer, code and safety requirements
Have a working knowledge of gas piping systems and understand requirements of safe operation of gas burning appliances
Maintain a safe and orderly work area following company handbook and safety requirements
Communicate with office and warehouse staff following instructions and assisting company objectives
Communicate with customers in a professional manner as necessary to determine service needs
Notify management of any hazardous situations encountered
Review blueprints and building codes and specifications to determine work details and procedures
Keep records of assignments and produce detailed work reports
Additional duties as assigned
