Job Title: Field Service Technician
Job Description
As a Field Service Technician, you will be dispatched to client sites to troubleshoot and repair industrial-sized printing machines. This role involves handling electrical, mechanical, and calibration tasks.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair industrial-sized printing machines.
Perform electrical, mechanical, and calibration tasks.
Provide maintenance and repair services for industrial printing equipment.
Respond to service calls and travel to client sites.
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client issues and concerns.
Essential Skills
Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.
Mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.
Experience with industrial printing machines.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience as a field service or maintenance technician.
Ability to travel locally within Orange County and LA territory, and occasionally to the Southwest region.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Garden Grove,CA.
