• Guaranteed 40 hours + bonuses weekly. Overtime occasionally available.

• Assisting six adult individuals (with intellectual disabilities) in following a schedule that includes: self-help needs, grooming, cooking, cleaning, supervising self-administration of medications, companionship and daily living skills.
• Documenting medications and writing observation notes.

• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license to transport residents in company van.
• Current CPR certification (training provided).
• Pass background checks for criminal history and employee misconduct.
• Successful completion of Module #2 "Trauma Informed Care for Individuals with IDD" (Free on-line training) is required on or before the first day of employment at all ICF-IID facilities in Texas. See: http://training.mhw-idd.uthscsa.edu/Click on "Free Training" and complete Module 2.
