What you’ll do:

In this role you will provide first class service for the Eaton installed base products and ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Main tasks are to perform field works within the are Power Distribution in Stockholm location. You will focus on periodic maintenance, retrofits and repairs of Eaton Medium Voltage/low Voltage switchgears.

  • Perform commissioning, service, repair, preventive maintenance and retrofits on Eaton´s Installed Base/products.

  • Actively be involved in scheduling/planning of works.

  • Together with Power Distribution Sales Manager develop our services in Sweden.

  • Actively support and work to be in line with goals and performance KPI´s.

  • Secure time reporting and technical reports are done in connection to each individual work.

  • Attending all mandatory trainings provided in accordance with Eaton policy.

  • Working and acting in line with Eaton guidelines, processes and code of ethics.

  • Cooperate with Project Managers in projects supporting in planning and commissioning scheduling.

  • Offer support for high profile clients, providing technical advice and attending site visits as required.

  • Maintain direct links with business units in technical issues.

  • Actively support Eaton´s Environment, Health & Safety culture.

Qualifications:

  • Installer electrical background and suitable electrical education.

  • Relevant working experience in both Low & Medium Voltage area (switchgears, relay protection system, service or industrial electrician knowledge, able to work with 3-phase systems).

  • Flexibility with travelling

  • Good understanding of switch panels and power distribution.

  • Strong English and Swedish language skills.

  • Customer Focus, proactive and flexible personality.

  • Be able to work together with different cultures.

  • Able to follow instructions.

  • Authorisation A certificate is an advantage
