SUMMARY DESCRIPTION\ The primary focus of this position is to perform repairs and maintenance of the CHEER facilities.

ESSENTIALDUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES\ This listing is representative of the duties and responsibilities of the position, but is not to be construed as all inclusive:\ Responsible for maintaining buildings and grounds.

  • Knowledge of boilers, generators, air conditioners, heating systems, etc. as required.
  • Able to perform preventative maintenance on equipment and handle daily work orders as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
  • Reports and takes direction from the Director of Transportation/Facilities to help maintain buildings and ensure that health and safety standards are met.
  • Takes calls as needed for any emergencies which may arise such as fire alarms, snow removal, etc.
  • Works special events as needed.
  • Must have a valid driver\'s license, a clean driving record and must complete a Defensive Driving course.
  • Other duties as deemed necessary.
