Job Title: Business Technology AnalystJob Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Technology Analyst to join our team. You will be the leader in a department of 100 diverse technical team members, assisting them in working with Information Technology and Digital Engineering departments. This role involves engaging with department executives, management, engineers, and technicians to create data-driven applications that improve safety, quality, schedule, and cost. Utilizing existing IT infrastructure and developing low-code/no-code applications will be key aspects of your role.
Responsibilities
Lead the department's business technology initiatives and collaborate with IT and Digital Engineering departments.
Engage with department executives, management, engineers, and technicians to develop data-driven applications.
Utilize SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams to create systems and platforms.
Develop, create, and maintain low-code/no-code applications using MS Power Platform, including PowerBI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
Create visually simple reports from complex multi-source datasets.
Manage and report data to stakeholders frequently to support business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Connect business systems like SAP/Ariba and Tebis-Proleis with Power Platform to maximize manufacturing insights.
Develop and maintain SharePoint sites.
Manage and track software license needs within the department.
Interface with corporate and divisional IT teams.
Essential Skills
Associates Degree or higher in business analysis, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Passion for data, analysis, and problem solving.
Experience creating data applications using citizen development tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, SQL, and SharePoint.
Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus, and ability to work well in a team.
Experience with data visualization tools and technical reporting.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, and sheet joining.
Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as XML, Python, or R.

Work Environment
This is a work-from-office position based in Georgetown, Kentucky. The role requires 10% travel to other facilities, including the ability to travel to Canada and Mexico. We offer a supportive work environment with flexibility for work/life balance, ample opportunities for learning and growth, and long-term stable contracts. Benefits include 10 PTO days, 9 paid holidays per calendar year, and compensation at time and a half for any hours worked over 40. All travel for contractors is covered.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $40.00/hr.
