Job Description
The Site Manager is responsible for meeting Contractor's work requirements, including scheduling of personnel, work supervision, and quality control for all tasks associated with this Task Order. The Site Manager shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all task order matters relating to daily operation of this contract.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Provides direction and leadership to assigned personnel
* Manages and coordinates research and investigations into business problems
* Provides guidance and assistance relative to operating problems and projects
* Provides senior technical support to customers
* Performs all other position related duties as assigned or requested
* Will serve as a subject matter expert on all construction related activities including related processes
* Provide feedback on performance to direct reports.
* Reviewing and recommending updates/expansion of existing CM procedures/processes
* Review standard operating procedures and project delivery manual and trains respective team on project requirements
* Strategic planning of site logistics, safety, operations, future needs and oversee the process
* Guidance and leadership on all field issues

Skills and Requirements
* Bachelors Degree in Engineering (any discipline)
* 10+ years experience as a Site Lead overseeing a team of 10+ managing skillsets such as: ME, EE, CE, Architects, AudCAD Techs, and GIS Tech
* Expertise in modular construction methods, techniques, and best practices
* Ability to coordinate and supervise multiple subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
* Owners Rep Experience
* PE Liscence
* Active Secret Clearance null
