JOB REQUIREMENTS: Summary of the role As the Materials Technician, you
are accountable for driving results in a fast-paced environment by
performing routine and non-routine sampling and packaging of raw
materials and active pharmaceutical ingredients for pharmaceutical
manufacturing and shipments. This person must have the ability to
efficiently organize the routine work with minimum supervision and to
properly evaluate and interpret generated data is required. Your
responsibilities * Performs routine inspection and sampling of
pharmaceutical raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using
established methods and procedures. * Utilizes proper Personal
Protective Equipment (PPE), up to and including full-face respirator or
supplied air as required when performing job functions. * Performs
assigned tasks carefully and on schedule according to cGMP standard
operating procedure and supervisor instructions. * Utilize SDS sheets
to properly and safely handle and store chemicals. * Maintains a safe,
clean and organized work environment free of safety hazards. * Utilizes
existing control systems such as fume hoods and spot exhaust trunks to
minimize the release of harmful materials. * Maintains a high level of
thoroughness and accuracy on all required paperwork including
documentation systems for inventory management and cGMP records. *
Operates forklift, pallet-jack as needed to perform primary functions,
including completes routine safety inspections of equipment (i.e.
forklifts) per department procedures. * Knows and adheres to OSHA
regulations with respect to material handling. * Performs shift,
weekly, and monthly housekeeping duties per department procedures. *

diploma or GED required. * 1-3 years experience in a manufacturing
environment preferred. * Knowledge and prior work experience in a cGMP
