Branch Manager - Girard, Ohio Professional Service Industries, Inc. (Intertek-PSI) is looking for a Branch Manager to join our Building & Construction team in Girard, Ohio. Intertek-PSI is a leading US based provider of assurance, testing, inspection, and consulting solutions in civil and commercial construction. Our broad service offering includes construction materials testing, geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, industrial hygiene, and specialty testing. Through these risk management and quality assurance services, we ensure the reliability, safety and performance of our client's new developments, existing assets, and facilities. Benefits & Perks:

How you'll make an impact at PSI an Intertek Company: Responsible for operational management of the branch office including construction materials testing/inspection and Geotechnical related lab and field testing

• Performs Business development activities including scope of work development, estimating and proposal preparation
• Develops construction quality control programs and implementation
• Profit and Loss responsibility
• Recruitment, development and mentoring of professional, technical, & administrative personnel

What it takes to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required
• PE License is preferred
• 5+ years' of leadership, management, and/or project management experience is required
• ICC, NICET and/or ACI Certifications are a plus
• P&L, and basic accounting experience is preferred
• Sales, marketing, and client management experience preferred
• Prior personnel management, hiring and training experience preferred
• Enhanced Computer Skills
• Must be customer focused and quality driven
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively in verbal & written communication
• May travel up to less than 5% of time
