As an Analyst - Change Management, you will play a crucial role in supporting organizational change initiatives at Wesco. You will be responsible for implementing change management strategies to improve business processes, systems, and technology across the organization with support from senior team members. Your projects impact large areas of the business such as Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and HR.
Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of comprehensive change management strategies and plans for the adoption of new technologies, systems, and processes across the organization.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders to support change initiatives with guidance and support from senior team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that change management activities are aligned with project objectives.
Recommend participants for the change champion networks that empower resources to support and facilitate change in their work areas, allowing for increased adoption, sustainability, and success of change initiatives.
Create communication and training materials with guidance to enhance understanding and engagement among employees at all levels.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives, providing reports and feedback to management.
Serve as a change advocate, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and adaptation within the organization.
Be an active participant in your change management development by participating in internal discussions and taking advantage of learning opportunities.
Contribute to the growth of the change management practice by working on deliverable creation with senior team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree – Organizational Psychology, Business, Finance, Communications, Human Resources, or related discipline
Licenses/Certificates/Designations – Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Certified Change Management Professional preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in change management, organizational development, behavioral science, human resources, business development, or a related field
One year of experience in a related industry: IT, finance, supply chain, or logistics preferred
Working knowledge of Miro, Jira, and Monday.com preferred
Ability to deliver consistently high-quality written deliverables
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex issues into clear and actionable plans
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to present to large groups of diverse employees
Desire to work with and support people through change on a daily basis
General understanding of how change impacts people and how that could be effectively managed
Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment and collaborate with teams across different geographical locations
High-level of proficiency in the Microsoft suite, especially SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Ability to travel up to 25%
