Roles & responsibilities
1: Monitor daily rejection analyze repetitive failures plan corrective & preventive actions monitor implementation & effectiveness.
2: Manage team of workers for rework section
3: Manage team of officers doing debug activity on day-to-day basis.
4: Guide, train the team for debug activity.
5: Identify need to make A3, 8D steer CFT during A3, 8D exercises.
6: Participate in daily, weekly monthly meetings & report rejections & its analysis.
7: Monitor & control Nonconformance cost on daily basis.
Team size: Workers 3, Officers 3, contract 1
Education:
Diploma in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication with min. 10 years of relevant experience.
BE Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication with min. 6 years of relevant experience.
