Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
Seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for a plastic injection molding facility responsible for ensuring optimal operation of machinery while adhering to safety and maintenance standards. This role involves diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, as well as performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment. The successful candidate will collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime, maintain accurate maintenance records, and implement improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate maintenance records.
Implement improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
Essential Skills
4+ years industrial maintenance and PM experience.
4+ years troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, and bearings.
Ability to read/interpret mechanical and hydraulic blueprints.
Own tool box and set of basic tools (specialty provided).
Electrical maintenance.
PLC troubleshooting.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $34.00/hr.
