Collaborate with the VP of Operations to evaluate, adopt, and integrate advanced weld technologies, leveraging innovation to enhance efficiency, precision, and quality in welding operations. Develop and execute strategic plans for welding operations, leveraging financial acumen to optimize resource allocation, control costs, and drive tangible ROI through process improvements, technology investments, and operational efficiencies.
