Neuro Hospitalist (Neurology)

Your day.
Join a rapidly growing group currently consisting of 4 Outpatient Neurologists
including general neurology and specialists in movement disorders, and
stroke on the beautiful Western Slope of Colorado.
Responsibilities include a 12 hour restricted inpatient rounding and consult
shifts and 12 hour unrestricted in 7 - 24 hour shifts
Certified Stroke Center
Nonprofit healthcare system, Level II Trauma Center with 346 beds and a
large referral area
Grand Junction, CO offers 320 days of sunshine a year and access to
hiking, biking, skiing, fishing, and wineries.Ideal for outdoor enthusiasts.
Compensation
Annual Base Salary: $302,500, 121 24-hr shift requirement
wRVU Bonus: $50 per wRVU over 2350 for years 1-3, $50 per wRVU over
1550 for years 4 and beyond
Excess Call Shift Pay: $2500 per 24-hr shift
Starting Bonus: $30,000
Relocation Bonus: Tier 1: $10,000 Tier 2: $20,000 tied to 3-year commitment
Standard Relocation bonus amounts will be tiered based on the relocation
distance from city of origin to destination city as the crow flies.
Tier 1: Distance less than 450 miles
Tier 2: Distance greater than or equal to 450 miles
Student Loan Assistance/Tail coverage: $75,000 tied to 3-year commitment
CME: $5000

Your experience
MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of
medicine
Board certification or eligibility in Neurology
Experience with or interest in general neurology or neuromuscular disorders
Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one
Ability to successfully complete St. Mary's credentialing process
