We are hiring internally! Currently looking for someone to work our office.

Shift: Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm

Weekend shifts are are in the office as needed and on-call on alternating weekends.

Must be able to multi-task and handle disruptions. Must be on time and able to work unsupervised and in a team environment.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as an ability to work well with others, under pressure, customer relations and organizing the tasks for the most effective use of time. Must be very detail-oriented with a focus on organization.

What you'll do as a Customer Service Representative:

Act as a goodwill ambassador to our clients and our temporary associates. Build business relationships with customers and temporary associates while providing excellent customer service. Assist new applicants with the employment process, answer questions and qualify potential temporary associates for eligibility to work. Assist with dispatch by checking in with customer/workers for arrival, distributing safety equipment, assisting associates in selecting their jobs, and assisting them with their payout. Occasionally, drive temporary associates to and from job sites (mileage compensated). Assist with sales calls and customer visits, includes cold calling. Assist customers in setting up their Jobstack and using it. Input, maintain and follow-up on accounts receivable. Process credit applications and set credit limits. Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices.

What you bring to the table:

Highest commitment to quality customer service, with the ability to work with a team and unsupervised. 2 years customer service experience and/or recent education or military experience. Sales and recruiting experience preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to handle difficult situations with customers and associates. Strong computer skills; Ability to learn and work with new programs. High school diploma or GED required; One year of college or technical training preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and a car that can be used for work. Bilingual language skills are a plus.
