Job Summary
Corewell Health is seeking a Talent and Culture Director. This Director leads the Talent & Culture team in the development and implementation of a best-in-class programs and initiatives for Culture, Team Effectiveness, Organization Design, Change Management and Talent Management. The Talent & Culture Director collaborates with executive leaders to ensure alignment between the organization's culture and strategic goals. This Director will guide the Talent & Culture team to flex and prioritize work to support the organization's strategic imperatives.
Key Role Functions and Responsibilities
Mentors, leads, and develops Talent & Culture team members ensuring effective collaboration and high performance.
Leads the strategic design of Talent & Culture initiatives by implementing scalable, dynamic, and inclusive programs that support the organization’s goals.
In partnership with executive leaders, drive culture change initiatives to promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
Develop and implement a comprehensive change management process, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing resistance.
Design and execute talent management strategies, including succession planning, team effectiveness, and org design programs
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Talent & Culture initiatives and drive continuous improvement
Candidate Qualifications
Required
7 years of relevant experience In Organizational Development and/or talent management. Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent In Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Required
Preferred
5 years of relevant experience in Leadership. Preferred
Master's Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred
