Description
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented On-Site Manager(s) to join their team. Successful candidates will partner with the Engagement Manager to facilitate the onboarding process for new consultants, manage consultant activities, and ensure compliance with client requirements. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Engagement Manager for the onboarding process of new consultants, including facilitating new hire orientation, badging, and ensuring appropriate client onboarding is completed.
Develop, track, and maintain end-to-end consultant documentation related to onboarding and off-boarding consultant resources.
Manage consultant activities, including consultant expenses, time approval, and time-off requests.
Assist in tracking specific performance metrics.
Facilitate communication and compliance for onsite consultants.
Collaborate with Engagement Managers to manage risk and deliver according to the terms and conditions of our contracts. Ensure escalation procedures are documented and communicated to clients, consultants, and managers.
Support knowledge management strategy and communicate processes and procedures.
Perform issue management and facilitate issue resolution with proper notification to all affected parties.
Develop and maintain project-related documentation, including processes, tools, and procedures.
Understand and manage customer requirements (deliverables and environmental factors) to ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr.
