Job Description:

In this position, the candidate will fills requisitions and performs stock pulls for a aviation manufacturing facility. They will performs and/or assist in the cycle count process and receive material into inventory.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintains stock shelves in a clean, neat and orderly condition.

  • Fills requisitions from manufacturing plant and offices by issuing correct materials and quantities

  • Issues office and manufacturing supplies.

  • Manages, and distribute work orders to the floor accurately (parts and quantities), and on-time (before the start date of the work order) with all computer transaction complete, and documentation attached.

  • Performs and/or assist in the cycle count process.

  • Maintains accurate computerized stock records (Extensive computer work)

  • Follow all establish processes in accordance avionics systems policies and procedures.

  • Performs job duties in accordance with approved procedures established in support of

  • Sarbanes-Oxley regulations


  • High school diploma or GED.

  • One to three months related experience; or,

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience

    Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Ability to enter data accurately in a computer and at a rate of at least 30 words per minute

  • Ability to write routine reports and complete required production paperwork.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and convey ideas/information one-on-one and in small group settings.

    Work Environment:

  • Works in a normal shipping warehouse/manufacturing plant environment.
