Injection Mold Maintenance Technician
Pay Rate - $28/hr. - $30/hr.
Job Description
A spray bottle manufacturing company is looking to add additional injection mold maintenance technicians to their team. The role involves maintaining all types of electronic equipment associated with molding manufacturing, and responsibilities include laying out, building, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying developmental and production electronic and electrical components, parts, equipment, and systems, such as computer equipment, motor control instrumentation, and test equipment.
Responsibilities
Maintain all types of electronic equipment associated with molding manufacturing.
Lay out, build, test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify developmental and production electronic and electrical components, parts, equipment, and systems.
Handle computer equipment, motor control instrumentation, and test equipment.
Fill in for the Molding Maintenance Lead when required.
Assist in assigning daily job duties and coordinating special projects.
Set up new machines and equipment.
Essential Skills
Experience in injection mold maintenance.
Proficiency in troubleshooting industrial, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Ability to repair plastic manufacturing equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Work Environment
The position is based in a controlled plastic manufacturing facility. The role is for the 3rd shift, from 11pm to 7:30am, Tuesday through Saturday, with Sunday and Monday off. Training may initially occur during the day shift. Shift differentials are available, including $1.00 for 2nd and 3rd shifts, and a weekend differential of $1.00.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $62400.00
