Requirements
· Must have a high school diploma/vocational-technical education minimum. College courses or degree is a plus.
· Solar Ponds experience is a plus
· Ability to operate diesel engines and pumps as needed.
· Hands-on problem solving skills
· Must have reliable transportation and excellent time management skills.
· Attention to detail.
· Ability to multi-task and follow assignments through to completion.
· Conscientiousness, punctuality, and dependability are essential.
Job Duties
Oversees and directs solar ponds labor force in operation of solar ponds.
Oversees all maintenance and PM's of solar ponds equipment, pumping station, diesel engines, truck condition, and dikes.
