Description/Job Summary
Direct supervision and support for Electronics Technicians
Responsible for scheduling and recording of electrical jobs and PMs
Responsible for electrical employees having the correct parts and tools to keep equipment running
Responisble to assist in overseeing Electrical contractors work
Ability to fill in for maintenance and project manager in their absence
Coordinates with production, QA, and logistics on maintenance during downtimes
Assists in troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of electrical and electronic equipment
Ensures all equipment is maintained and in good working condition
Ensures Electronic technicians work is done in a safe, time efficient manner and at a minimum cost
Responsible for the developing and continuing education and training of employees
Ensure electronic technicians wear all safety equipment and follow good housekeeping policies
Maintains professional certifications and ensures maintenance employees are properly trained
Performs other duties as directed by the Maintenance & Project Manager
Requirements:
Ten (10) years experience in a manufacturing environment in a Electrical and Electrical Maintenance role
A college degree or vocational degree may substitute for two (2) years experience and two (2) years supervisory experience
Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office
