independence and improve their quality of life. POSITION: Certified
Nursing Assistant (CNA) RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist residents with
activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and
toileting. - Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents
with Traumatic Brain Injury, ensuring their comfort and safety. -
Monitor and report any changes in residents\' physical or mental health
to the nursing team. - Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper
techniques and equipment. - Support residents in participating in
therapeutic activities and rehabilitation exercises. - Maintain accurate
documentation of care provided and observations made. QUALIFICATIONS: -
Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of
Massachusetts. - Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or
rehabilitation setting is preferred. - Knowledge of Traumatic Brain
Injury care is a plus, but not required. We provide specialized
training. - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. -
Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to multitask and
