What will you be doing?
SOP Development & Documentation: • Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes to ensure compliance with company, regulatory, and safety standards.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to document best practices and ensure accuracy in training materials. Ensure SOPs are clear, concise, and easily accessible to employees. Training Material Creation:
Develop comprehensive training documents, including manuals, quick reference guides, and visual aids.
Produce training videos to enhance learning and retention of production procedures.
Implement interactive training methods to engage employees in hands-on learning experiences. Compliance & Continuous Improvement:
Ensure all training materials align with Good Manufacturing Practices.
Work closely with Production Managers and Quality Assurance to identify areas needing additional training.
