Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Ford Mobile Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will operate a mobile service van and travel to our clients' locations to provide exceptional vehicle service. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver top-notch service, ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining a professional and efficient approach.

Looking for:

  • Accommodating and analytical, while producing highly precise and accurate work

  • Resourceful and seeks a high level of technical expertise

  • Unselfish and approachable with a preference for detailed, skill-based work

  • Prior automotive technician (mechanic) experience required

  • ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications highly preferred

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S with a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to clients' locations in a mobile service van to perform high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance.

  • Provide efficient and reliable service, ensuring client vehicles are serviced to the highest standards.

  • Demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service skills while interacting with clients.

  • Utilize your expertise in automotive repair to diagnose and address vehicle issues effectively.

  • Execute necessary repairs, replacements, and adjustments on various vehicle systems and components.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards throughout all service procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • ·Prior experience as an automotive service technician, with a strong background in vehicle repair.

  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing Ford vehicles.

  • Comfortable and efficient in conducting vehicle repairs.

  • Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.

  • Prior wrenching experience required.

  • Motivated individual interested in contributing to the growth of the program within our company.
