Cook and prepare Chinese style food from the menu, including but not limited to dishes, dinners, sauces, appetizers, soups, also seafood, poultry, pork and beef dishes, using Chinese wok and meat and vegetable cutter. Prepare meats, sauces, vegetables and other foods prior to cooking. Season and cook food according to prescribed method.
