enrich, and strengthen children, adults, and seniors through positive
life-changing experiences. SUMMARY/PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Child Watch
Attendant will be responsible for the nurture and supervision of all
children participating in the temporary on-site care offered by the
RJKCCC. The Child Watch Attendant will develop activities to entertain,
teach, and mentor young children while their parents / guardians
participate in Kroc programs and events. The majority of hours will be
from 3pm-close but flexibility for some daytime hours is preferred.

in this job description. Patiently supervise multiple children.
Communicate effectively with children and parents / guardians. Handle
difficult situations with speed, tact and fairness. Maintain a high
level of enthusiasm. Organize and execute age appropriate activities for
children both individually and in groups. Assist in the cleaning of toys
and other materials used in the Fun Depot. Maintain a safe environment
for staff and participants. Able to work nights and weekends.
